Phase 4B Liner Construction The work is for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Phase 4B at the Archuleta County Landfill as generally described as follows: Phase 4B Cell construction consisting of: Stripping and stockpiling of topsoil from areas to be disturbed. Excavation and grading of landfill cells, berms, and access roads. Installation of approximately 4 acres of scarified and recompacted in-situ clay, geocomposite drainage layer, and 1-foot of protective soils. Construction of perimeter roads and ditches. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
