Work will be completed by December 31, 2023 The purpose of this Request Proposal is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms for the propose of getting independent cost estimating and schedule evaluation services for the Alberta Park Dam Rehabilitation Project (Project) that will be delivered using the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Alternative Project Delivery process. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is seeking an Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) to provide the services outlined below in this Scope of Work. A qualified ICE is a key component in the CM/GC process and is critical to the development of the Project Inquiry deadline for written questions - December 22, 2021 5:00 pm This project has been awarded to SEMA.
