Site work for a water / sewer project in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of 418 LF of 12" RCP, 260 LF of 15" RCP, 598 LF of 18" RCP, 610 LF of 8" DIWM and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the plans and specifications. All questions should be received by the Purchasing Division by 4 pm Friday August 4, 2023 so that an addendum can be issued Monday August 7, 2023 if required. All questions received after Friday will not be addressed. Obtain Substantial completion of the entire project by November 17, 2023. Obtain Final completion of the entire project by November 22, 2023 The depth and alignment of the existing water mains and sewers are approximate and may vary in both alignment and depth between manholes and valves. The Contractor shall not be due any additional compensation in the event that the alignment of the sewers and water mains vary from what is shown on the plans. The call outs shown on the plans for the existing water mains are approximate and not guaranteed.
