Aurora Housing Authority desires to install new windows in each unit. All potential bidders must have a valid contractor's license, active insurance for liability and workers compensation insurance and must be able to bond this job for payment and performance. The Aurora Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid A Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price to assure fulfillment of the contractors obligations under the contract.
