The City of Aurora is requesting Professional Service Qualifications to provide special inspection services for a new 195,000 SF single story (plus partial mezzanine) office and maintenance facility with trench footings and interior piers, slab on grade, structural steel, masonry and precast concrete walls. Services shall include, but may not be limited to, the scope and frequency listed in the Project Specifications prepared by Kluber, Inc. Note that foundation inspections (including subgrade bearing, rebar, and concrete testing), which are anticipated to begin the first week of August, will be covered by the Geotechnical Engineer of record and will be excluded from this scope of Special Inspections. All questions must be received by 4:00pm (CST) on Tuesday August 8, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
