Renovation of a mixed-use development in Petersburg, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are invited to bid on the "SUMMERFIELD HIGH SCHOOL and ELEMENTARY KITCHEN GENERATOR PROJECT. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Your final bid price should include ALL costs required to fully complete this project that includes the following work for each site: - Furnish and install one 30KW 3-phase natural gas generator at each building. - Furnish and install one concrete pad for the generator near the gas meter for ease of connection at each building. - Extend existing gas line to the new generator. - Furnish and install one 80-amp feeder and conduit system between generator and existing kitchen electrical panel. - Furnish and install one 100-amp automatic transfer switch. - Furnish and install one 80-amp breaker in the existing electrical panel. - Furnish and install one 100-amp electrical panel. - Extend existing walk-in cooler circuit to the new electrical panel. - Extend existing cooler and double door refrigerator to the new electrical panel. - Connect existing kitchen lighting to the new electrical panel. - Electrical permits included. - Engineering drawings included. - Remove existing kitchen and office fluorescent strip lighting Elementary only. - Furnish and install new LED flat panels in existing kitchen ceiling Elementary only. - Furnish and install new LED strip lights in the kitchen office Elementary only. - Furnish and install new wire switching in kitchen and office Elementary only
