Remodeling of a financial development in Petersburg, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a financial development.
o Removal of all safety deposit boxes in vault. o Removal of old teller counter. o Cap off all electrical/security camera wires in ceiling / Cap electrical outlets behind repurposed cabinetry on north side of the main room. o Re-use two metal cabinets from the old teller counter, move to north wall and install larger countertop to fit the length of the wall. o Cut off/cap drive through tubes above the drop ceiling. o Replace all ceiling tiles that are cut or damaged. o Install new carpeting in main room - Cut off and seam at office doors. o Install new baseboards in large room, to match the floor. o Install 60" TV wall mount on west side of meeting room between windows. o Install exterior LED information board/Summerfield Township sign on south/east front of building where the existing wiring is.
