Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Port Severn, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Township of Severn is looking for a capable contractor to perform rehabilitation for Trail Bridge 1, located on the Uhthoff Trail (Trans-Canada Trail / The Great Trail), approximately 1.3 km from the Uhthoff Trail access point at Sturgeon Bay Road, Coldwater. The work consists of replacement of the timber deck system and localized repairs to the existing girders as well as repair of the existing timber abutment. The project also includes the installation of new railing / barriers over the structure and associated armor stone retaining wall system. The work is scheduled to occur in the late summer and into the early fall. Township of Severn is looking for credible contractors who have the capability and experience to complete the wearing surface replacement no later than 2023/11/01.
