Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Marysville, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and residential development.

As of August 29, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction will begin in 2025. Work under this contract includes park master planning services, preparation and submittal of environmental review documents in accordance with the City's Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant funding requirements, and preparation of bid ready documents for the first phase of park development. The City of Marysville (City) is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design and planning services for the Mother Nature's Window Park project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Planning and design services are expected to start in the third quarter of 2023, with two phases of construction completed between 2024 and 2027.
