Summary:The County seeks to obtain a qualified contractor(s) to provide on-call professional engineering services for Arlington County's Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The Contractor shall provide professional engineering services for infrastructure projects primarily focused on wastewater treatment and collection system lift stations. Other requested services may include force mains, gravity sanitary sewers, and drinking water or stormwater systems. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 21, 2023, AT 5:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME TO BE CONSIDERED. ALL QUESTIONS RECEIVED BY THE QUESTION DEADLINE WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN VENDOR REGISTRY AND POSTED FOR ALL OFFERORS. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY QUESTIONS AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. All questions shall be submitted online using Vendor Registry. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. The successful Offeror must comply with the provisions of Chapter 11 ("Licenses") of the Arlington County Code, if applicable
