ARLINGTON COUNTY SEEKS TO AWARD ONE OR MORE JOB ORDER CONTRACTS TO QUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS AT VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES OVER A ONE YEAR BASE TERM AND UP TO TWO-ONE (1) YEAR ADDITIONAL OPTION TERMS. Minutes of the prebid conference will be recorded by the County and may be incorporated into the solicitation documents through an Addendum. Interested Bidders are, however, urged to attend. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 23, 2023 AT 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ADDENDUM. ALL QUESTIONS RECEIVED BY THE QUESTION DEADLINE WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN VENDOR REGISTRY AND POSTED FOR ALL BIDDERS. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY QUESTIONS AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME.
