The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 0900 central on 05 September 2023, and update the POC for this solicitation. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to repair damaged pavement on the roads and parking areas around the Pass and ID center, as well as overlay the southeast parking lot located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with and meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a total small business set-aside solicitation, in accordance with authorization provided at Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.502-2 - Total small business set-asides. The corresponding NAICS code is 237310; the small business size standard is $39,500,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2LB. Vendor will perform work required under this solicitation via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500 Inspection and Acceptance will occur at Destination.
