Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Ellijay, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project cancelled The NGRESA building at 4731 Old Highway 5 South Ellijay, GA 30540 needs a new roof. The project may include additional needs that become apparent as the roof is removed Scope of Work o Staff of NGRESA will move its operation to another location. o NGRESA building will be vacated to allow work to proceed. o Identify what needs to be handled in addition to the roof replacement. o Any abatement of asbestos and/or mold. o Does the roof support structure have areas that need resurfacing o Address areas of rust. o Are there windows that need replacing. o HVAC unit on roof. Could it be moved to the ground o Remove all sky lights. o Replace roof. o Dispose materials from the old roof. o Dispose materials that are left over from building the new roof.
