Renovation of a library in Beaufort, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Beaufort County is inviting interested general contractor to provide bids for an interior up-fit to an existing commercial building located along Paris Avenue in the Town of Port Royal. The building will be modified to become a branch library for the Beaufort County Library system. The successful contractor shall have 100 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Liquidated Damages are set at $400 per calendar day. Beaufort County reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive minor informalities and irregularities. Bid Security is attached (if required) in the amount of: 5% of Bid if over $30,000.00.
