Brashear Ball Field - Bid Package 02 Bid Packages: Work Package 03A - Concrete Work Package 11I - Athletic Equipment Work Package 12F - Aluminum Bleachers Work Package 26A - Electrical Work Package 26B - Sports Lighting Work Package 32G - Athletic Playing Surfaces Work Package 32H - Fencing & Gates Work Package 32K - Irrigation No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids. Any offer exceeding $100,000 will be subject to a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the Bid Packages as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond; execute the Contract; and proceed with the work. Upon failure to do so, he shall forfeit the deposit or amount of the Bid Bond as liquidated damages, and no mistakes or errors on the part of the Bidder shall excuse the Bidder or entitle him to a return of the deposit or Bid Bond The prevailing wage law is in effect on this project.
