Window Replacement Ronald T.y. Moon Judiciary Complex Kapolei The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies or individuals to provide professional installation of 1 Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) SFCA reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, irregularities, or deficiencies when it considers a waiver to be in the best interests of the STATE. The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies or individuals to provide professional installation of 1 Insulated Glass Unit (IGU). The existing IGU has two panes of glass. One broken, one intact. Contractor to: 1) Coordinate order and purchase of slumped glass replacement to be shipped to Glasmalerei Peters Studios (GPS). $12,600 Allowance payable to GPS. Once slumped glass panel arrives in Honolulu: 2) Extract IGU from opening with frame intact. 3) Install temporary 3/4" plywood barrier in window opening. Plywood must be secured/framed within opening, caulked against any water infiltration, and include applied art scheme close matched vinyl graphic on exterior face. 4) Clean and assemble both glass panels and IGU frame. 5) Reinstall IGU as per original Arcadia specifications. 6) Contractor responsible for removal and installation of Arcadia storefront Aluminum.
