Plans call for the construction of a new age-restricted community. As of September 5, 2024, construction has not started. Construction is anticipated to start September 9, 2024. The name of this project has changed from Season's Grove to Cobblestone Manor. The general contractor has most of their subcontractors locked in. *The original solicitation is listed below for historical reference. Invitation for Bids Cobblestone Manor New Build the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) will receive bids from qualified contractors for Cobblestone Manor New Build. Scope of work: The scope of work consists of a new build, three-story, 82-unit multi-family senior facility, complete with furnishings in the offices and community spaces. In addition to the building components, there will be site work, including onsite parking, and landscaping. Estimated Cost: $20,700,000 Bidders must agree to comply with the Davis-Bacon Labor Standards of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and Section 3 of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Bidders are asked to assist CMHA in meeting their Minority Business Enterprise goal of 20% and Section 3 goal of 10%. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid.
