Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clarkesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; for paving for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 5, 2023, project was awarded to Everline Coatings and Services, awarded amount is $79,365.40. Provide two (2) coats of high density mineral bond (HA5 or Equal) at the Habersham County Fairgrounds & Soccer Complex drives and parking lots. Includes cleaning and sealing of cracks, painting of striping and symbols, and traffic control. Question Deadline 08/07/2023 at 2:00 PM ET All inquiries and requests for interpretation should be sent via e-mail to Purchasing at purchasing@habershamga.com all questions and all answers will be posted on the website. Each bidder must submit their proposal, in a sealed envelope or box, and marked with the bidders' name and address labeled: "2024-04", and addressed to: Habersham County Purchasing, Finance Department 130 Jacob's Way, Suite 302 Clarkesville, GA 30523. If a contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose Proposal shall have met all prescribed requirements. The Contract will be awarded, if at all, within 60 calendar days after opening of Proposals. The County reserves the right to cancel the Award of any Contract at any time before the execution of said Contract by all parties without any liability against the County. It will be the responsibility of interested parties to periodically check the website for any new information and/or addenda.
