The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities, informalities and irregularities in the bidding Scope of Work, are on file at the office of the Clarkesville and Demorest Properties, LLC, at the above address. A certified check, or bank draft, drawn on a bank o trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation made payable to the Owner or a cashier's check and certification letter for a cashier's check in lieu of b bond or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by an acceptable surety on the Bid Bond Form contained in the Specifications in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid be submitted with each bid for all bids exceeding $200,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(s) the amount of 100% of the contract amount for all contracts exceeding $200,000.00.
