A certified check, or bank draft, drawn on a bank o trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation made payable to the Owner or a cashier's check and certification letter for a cashier's check in lieu of b bond or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by an acceptable surety on the Bid Bond Form contained in the Specifications in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid be submitted with each bid for all bids exceeding $200,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(s) the amount of 100% of the contract amount for all contracts exceeding $200,000.00.
