Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
To award a minimum of seven- and one-half percent (7.5%) of the total dollar value of the contract to City of Albany Certified MWBEs This Request for Proposals has been developed specifically for the New Reversible Lane and Dog Area at the Green-Hudson Parking Garage located in Albany NY and may not be the same as previous requests for proposals intended for this type of service. The Contractor represents they have expertise in the performance of work for this trade and assures all systems to be complete, functional installed in accordance with the best practices consistent with premium quality material and workmanship. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide all General Construction Work on the Drawings G001, G002, A100, A101, A200, A500. 2. Provide saw cutting, removals, and/or modification of existing conditions to accommodate new reversible lane and new dog area. Questions must be submitted to the Authority via email by 2:00 PM, August 2, 2023, to swright@parkalbany.com. The contractor shall provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a bonding company acceptable to the Albany Parking Authority, upon execution of the contract for the Project.
