The City of Danville is accepting sealed RFPs for he City of Danville Stadium Roof project. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other Federal, State, and local laws shall be a part of this project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs, waive any technicalities or informalities, postpone the RFP opening, reject RFPs, and/or award the Contract as determined to be in the best interest of the City of Danville. The City may accept or reject any or all substitutions. The successful Bidder’s security will be retained until the contract has beensigned and the project is completed. The City reserves the right to retain the security of the next lowest bidder until contract has been signed or until sixty (60) days following the RFP opening, whichever is shorter. All other bid securities shall be returned as soon as practicable. Notice is hereby given that the City of Danville is accepting sealed RFPs for the City of Danville Stadium Roof project. RPFs will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 17 W. Main Street, Danville, Illinois until 10:00 AM Thursday, August 31, 2023. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other Federal, State, and local laws shall be a part of this project. RFP documents and information are available at www.cityofdanville.org. Questions regarding RFPs may be directed to (217) 431-2273. RFP security shall be a bid bond issued by a surety licensed in the State of Illinois or a cashier’s check. RFP security shall be made payable to the City of Danville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total RFP amount.
