As of December 8, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Design Services Required for Project No. 2023-276: Moses Lake Readiness Center (MLRC) Tenant Improvements (TI) for, Washington State Military Department, Moses Lake Readiness Center, 6500 32nd Ave NE, Moses Lake WA 98837. Overall scope will involve upgrades and repairs within the restrooms, showers, supply areas, main entrance, hallways, lobby, and kitchenette. Energy Efficiency Upgrades are also planned throughout the facility. Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments. The State of Washington is an affirmative action employer. This is not a request for a proposal.
