Installation of approximately 643 feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, approximately 185 feet of 6-inch sanitary service lines, manholes, cleanouts, pavement patching, restoration, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement along Sunset Drive in the City of Rolling Meadows All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond, as defined in the General Requirements. The City reserves the right to defer award of the contract for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date bids are received, and to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive bids and re-advertise for bids, if determined to be in the City the best interests. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/.01) and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570).
