**As of September 14, 2023, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** The Pease Development Authority - Division of Ports and Harbors ("PDA-DPH") invites Request for Proposals to install a 3 (three) sided metal enclosure for the fuel dispensers at the Rye Harbor Marine Facility located at 1870 Ocean Blvd. Rye, NH. The new enclosure is defined in specification documents and will be 14' 6" X 4' with a 9' 6" ridge line. The project will be completed in conjunction with the installation of the new fuel system, date to be determined. No contractor may withdraw his/her proposal within sixty (60) days following the opening. The PDA-DPH reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informality, and to accept any proposals that it may deem in its sole discretion to be in its best interest.
