Plans and specifications are available on the City Those who view and/or print the plans and specifications from the City's website will not be authomatically added to the plan holders list for this bid project. The Engineer's estimate of the contract total is between $350,000 and $450,000. All work shall be completed within 60 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A Bidder with a Pre-Bid Inquiry must submit their question(s) in writing to the Torrance Public Works Department. Any and all questions must be emailed to Jess Caballero, Associate Engineer at JCaballero@Torranceca.gov. Please list "Sump Fencing Restoration Project RFI" in the subject line of the email. All questions must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday one week prior to the date for opening the bids. Questions received after this date may not be considered.
