The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for hazardous fuel management in the Foresta area of Yosemite National Park. See attached Performance Work Statement for the full requirement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 (effective June 2, 2023). The solicitation number is 140P8523Q0047 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. The performance period is from September 01, 2023, to August 31, 2024. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310. The small business size standard is $34 million in average annual receipts. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price, technical capability, and prior experience.
