Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed. There is no minimum contract value. Bids must include all completed forms contained in Appendix B, Required Contract Forms and Certifications. Failure to complete these forms may result in a determination that the bid is non-responsive. Failure to submit accurate and complete responses may result in a determination that the bidder is non-responsible. Bidders shall guarantee their bid for a minimum of 270 days. A Job Order Contract (hereinafter called JOC) is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations throughout the County of Los Angeles. The Gordian JOC Solution TM includes Gordian’s proprietary JOC Software and JOC Applications, construction cost data, and Construction Task Catalog® which shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Contract, including the preparation and submission of Job Order Proposals, Price Proposals, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the Owner.
