Description

Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

This is a Design Build project with 35% Drawing and Specs for reference. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport necessary in performing all work required to construct mezzanine at Facility 67901, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL. The requirement includes the replacement of an exterior double door with an overhead coiling door, infilling the opening above the new exterior door and removal of an existing equipment (paint booth). All work will provide the Government a complete and usable facility access point in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Proposals good until October 13, 2023. Period of Performance is 352 calendar days with included 80 calendar days for Design to 100% Documents. Wage Scale is FL20230001 July 2023. RFIs are due July 27, 2023. On-site work must be completed within a period of no more than 352 calendar days. DESIGN PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 80 calendar days MATERAL LEAD TIME: 80 calendar days NON-ACCESS DAYS: 12 calendar days WORKING DAYS: 180 calendar days . GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE DESIGN AND CONSTRUTION: $500,000 - $1,000,000
