4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB has a requirment for Installing VICADS and Vindicator Alarms at the ECC. Also moving the vindicator badge machine and V5 panels to another location. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit has been scheduled for Aug 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Contractors should be at the SJAFB Visitors center (located on Berkeley Blvd) no later than 9:30 AM EST to allow time for obtaining base entry passes. Submit the name of all attendees via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST on Aug 1 , 2023. Only one site visit will be held. No questions/answers will take place during the site visit.
