The City of Peoria Land Bank owns a single-family house located at 505 Cornhill St. The 2-bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story Bungalow is approximately 835 sq ft., and zoned R-4. The property was obtained in an abandoned state and has sat vacant for multiple years. Significant repair work will be necessary to make the home habitable. There are presently no active utilities at the house. The property will be sold AS IS and contains a large volume of personal belongings and debris.
