Reference Number 0000326373 The Windsor Police Department (hereinafter referred to as "Client") seeks proposals from select prequalified Building Commissioning firms (Offerors) for commissioning services on the Windsor Police Station, 960 N 15th Street, Windsor, CO 80550. The Windsor Police Station will begin construction in August 2023, with a target construction completion in October 2024. The Client has hired FCI Constructors for the construction of the Windsor Police Station project and is currently in the Permitting phase of the project. At this time, the Client now seeks proposals from qualified commissioning firms for services related to the commissioning of the building's mechanical, electrical and specialty systems and equipment to verify and document that the performance of these systems meet the design intent and the Client's requirements for functionality and performance.
