Renovation of a military facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Volusia County Beach Safety is seeking an experienced Vendor to upgrade the 3rd-floor conference and training rooms audio/video equipment. The vendor shall upgrade, add and/or replace the audio-video equipment in the Beach Safety Conference Room. The vendor shall uninstall all non-needed obsolete equipment and placed in an area specified by the County. All new equipment shall be installed and tested to confirm functionality. The vendor shall provide a brief training on newly installed equipment. Question Deadline: 08/10/2023 at 11:59 PM ET Contractor may not assign or otherwise convey Contractor's rights and/or obligations under this Agreement without obtaining County's prior written consent, which consent County may withhold, limit and/or condition in County's sole discretion, including, but not limited to, requiring the Contractor or his/her proposed successor in interest to post a performance bond. The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in Bid Submittals, providing such action is in the best interest of the County.
