Renovation of a municipal facility in Lihue, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work consists of replacing a portion of the existing exterior fire suppression system at the Pier 2 Shed at Nawiliwili Harbor with a new fire suppression system. The estimated cost of construction is between $300,000 and $450,000. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and substitution requests shall be submitted via HIePRO no later than February 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., HST. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. RFI questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI questions will not receive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be issued by formal addendum and posted in HIePRO. Bidders shall submit and upload the complete proposal to HIePRO prior to the bid opening date and time.
