At the conclusion of the Sewer Master Plan Update, a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP) plan with detailed descriptions shall be prepared based on the findings. Other Details Notes The lowest cost proposal will not necessarily be the selected consultant. Staff will review what is included in each proposal's scope of services and make sure the costs make sense to what is proposed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
