PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for DAP HEALTH – RETROFIT ABATEMENT – PHASE 4 will be received at the office of the Architect at 199 South Civic Drive, Suite 10, in Palm Springs, California, until 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work comprises of Asbestos Abatement and appurtenant materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents, at DAP Health, 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California 92262. The work at the project site must be during DAP’s Business Operation hours. PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: A pre-bid walk-through was held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 10:00 am at DAP Health, 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California 92262. ATTENDING THE WALK-THROUGH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Pre-bid walk-through sign-in sheet will be used to record qualified bidders.
