This purpose of this RFQ is to purchase and have a wheel chair lift installed at Salem Church Middle School. Substantial completion shall be made within 60 days of issuance of a purchase order. A 1 year workmanship and 3 year manufacturer's warranty shall be provided. All associated costs with permits, delivery, or any other costs shall be included. Please see attachment A for specifications and requirements. Salem Church Middle Schools is located at 9700 Salem Church Road, Richmond, VA 23237. To comply with current ADA standards, CCPS seeks to install an inclined ramp wheelchair lift to access the stage areas and music room. The new wheelchair lift shall be installed on the stairwell to the west of the stage. Reference attached figures, sketches, and attachments for additional project details.
