Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Webster, New York. Working plans call for site work for a stadium; for the renovation of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project work includes safety and security upgrades, interior door replacement, main security upgrades, structural repairs, exterior emergency speakers and lighting, generator upgrade, LED lighting and ceiling, faculty restroom renovation, tack replacement and field upgrades, and stadium turf replacement. *As of September 10, 2025, of the Webster Central School District 2023 CIP Bond Projects, only the Willink MS / Schroeder HS (Site) went out to Bid. The other projects, including this site, are still in design. This project is scheduled to bid in late November 2025.
