Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Webster, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Board of Fire Commissioners of the North East Joint Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informality. Sealed bids for the completion of the Roseland Station Extraction Pad New Construction project will be received by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the North East Joint Fire District. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure prompt delivery of the sealed bid pursuant to directives outlined in this Notice to Bidders. It is agreed by the undersigned that upon receipt of a Letter of Intent/Notice to Proceed, they will commence substantial project work no later than April 29, 2024 and fully complete all work as required by the Contract by June 28, 2024. It is agreed that the Owner has stipulated that it is acceptable to commence substantial project work BEFORE April 29, 2024
