Renovation of an educational facility in Webster, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This bid includes two (2) Lump Sum Prime Contract: Contract #101- Electrical Construction Contract #102 - Ceiling Work Construction PROJECT DESCRIPTION Ceiling and lighting replacement throughout Schroeder High School. The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later September 1st, 2025. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished. Bids can be mailed, or hand delivered to: Webster Central School District Buildings and Grounds Department 110 Sanford Street Webster, NY 14580. The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
