Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watertown, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 216 L.F. of removal of curb and gutter, 25 S.Y. of removal of asphalt concrete, 1,700 L.F. of install 8" sanitary sewer pipe and bedding material, 5 install 48 manhole with frame and lid, connect to existing manhole, install 8" & 10" water main, 1,116 L.F. of install B66 curb & gutter, 6,465 S.F. of install 4" concrete sidewalk 4,289 S.Y. of woven geotextile fabric, and 2,787 S.Y. of 6" asphalt concrete composite, 1,328 Ton of aggregate base course, 1,930 Ton of haul & place salvaged asphalt mix, 40 L.F. of silt fence, 1,223 C.Y. of unclassified excavation, and landscaping. The Project has an expected completion date of July 1, 2024. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder s maximum Bid price
