The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Life Safety repairs at Multiple Job Corps Centers in the state of North Carolina. This requirement is being solicited under Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.305. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
