Site work for a mixed-use development in Marion, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 6, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contract 1 is for materials only delivered to the Town and includes the rotating assembly for 12" and 10" suction lift pumps for the RAS and Biocell pump stations, rebuild one existing centrifugal blower, and new bio-filter PVC media. Bidders and their subcontractors must comply with the provisions of Executive Orders 12138 and 11625 regarding utilization of Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firms and provide documentation of "good faith efforts" upon request by Owner. MBE and WBE firms are encouraged to bid. Bidders must comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all BIDS.
