Renovation of a municipal facility in Marion, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are invited for Renovations to Annex of District Three Governmental Cooperative, located at 4424 Lee Highway, Marion VA 24354. The project is generally described as substantial renovations to 2500 SF of existing office space, conversion of existing warehouse space into an additional 800 SF of new office space, addition of a wheelchair lift, and relocation of two large walk-in freezers. Bid Bond will not be required. Successful bidder will not be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment bonds; however, retainage will be 10% until Substantial Completion. Owner reserves the right to reject all bids should low bid received exceed funds available for project's construction
