The Town proposes to award one (1) - 3 year contract, for indefinite-quantity engineering and related services. Services are anticipated to include, but not be limited to, general consulting, preliminary engineering, project design, inspection, representation with regulatory agencies, construction administration, and similar related services, along with the development of a long term water/sewer infrastructure upgrade plan. Additionally, services may include assisting the Town in developing funding applications for federal/state funding including, but not limited to the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, USDA Rural Development, Economic Development Administration, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Virginia Department of Health, Department of Conservation and Recreation, National Park Service, and others. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to waive any formalities or technicalities it deems appropriate. The successful firm shall enter into an agreement with the Town for an initial period of two (2) years with two (2) 4 year renewal options The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
