Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Prairie, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of East Prairie is soliciting bids for the demolition, demolition debris removal, brush removal, stump removal and all junk and trash removal at 413 Tyler St., which is located within the corporate limits of East Prairie, Missouri. The reason(s) for the demolition of this structure is due to Health and Safety violations, creating a public nuisance and hazards to the citizens living in the various neighborhoods. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of any and all materials located at said address including structures (to include all footings, foundations, porches, storm/root cellars, concrete floor slabs), shelters, outbuildings, junk and trash, all trees, bushes (unless designated by city staff to remain on site) and stumps, fences unless on a shared property line, vehicles and equipment, house content and any other fixture or amenity within the defined property boundaries. Any voids remaining from the removal of any of the above referenced items shall be filled with dirt and compacted and graded to match the surrounding elevation so as not to allow for the accumulation of storm water. The contractor shall seed and straw any fill placed on the site or any disturbed soil. All demolition debris must be disposed of according to the procedures set forth by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Tickets from approved transfer stations or approved landfills must be submitted with invoices. All demolition debris, junk and trash and any material generated by the demolition process is prohibited to be buried or burned at the contracted property location or in the corporate limits of East Prairie, Missouri
