Site work for a water / sewer project in Marco Island, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Marco Island is soliciting bids from Contractors with a minimum of 10 years of experience to rehabilitate 38 existing sanitary sewer manholes of 4.0 ft diameter and various depths located along Barbados Ave, Polynesia Ct., Meadowlark Ct, Rockhill Ct., Grapewood Ct., and Brianwood Ct.in Marco Island, Florida. The Contractor must be certified to apply the coatings by the manufacturer. The scope of work includes but is not limited to repairing and sealing manhole structure water leaks, preparing manhole surface profiles, sandblasting, cleaning, priming, and coating, installing chimney seals, and performing post rehabilitation testing in accordance with the Project Specifications.
