Reference Number 0000326615 The City desires to install an AMI system for its water distribution system. The primary objective for the AMI system is to improve both the accuracy and efficiency of the meter reading and billing process and to provide exceptional levels of customer service while enhancing the overall quality of service to its customers. The City is requesting a proposal for an AMI system that shall have proven performance, provide an internet-based interface for both the utility and its customer, and the AMI system shall have the potential for future enhancements in system features and benefits. Questions will be accepted until August 11, 2023 @ 2:00pm. Once the question period expires, the addendum will be posted on website.
