The Work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment fo the installation of a 56' x 44' concrete foundation and a 36' x 24' x 16' steel construction metal building (Ellis Creek Maintenance Building) on the Rubicon Trail at Ellis Creek In order to limit the disruption to the conduct of business, the meeting date listed will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the site. The Bidder's representative will be required to sign an attendance sheet and provide the name of the firm being represented. The County will post on such Addenda as the County in its discretion considers necessary in response to questions arising and information presented at the Pre-Bid Site Visit.
