Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Procure and install a new electrical service and all underground as well as all material and labor for a complete operating EV charging system as shown on the plans prepared by Peartree-Belli Architects The Owner reserves the right to add or deduct any of the additive or deductive items after the lowest responsible and responsive bidder is determined. The lowest bid shall be determined by the amount of the base bid. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. RFI cutoff date and time to be 09/11/23 @ noon.
