The University of California, Santa Cruz (University) Office of Physical Planning, Development and Operations invites the written submission of Qualification documents from experienced professionals to provide cost consulting services for the planning, design, and construction of various campus capital projects. Construction cost estimates may range from $1,000,000 up to $750,000,000 and be of various new and/or renovated building or development types. The University desiresto retain the services of at least two consultants and will utilize their services on an “on-call” and/or “as-needed” basis. The initial term of the Agreement shall be three (3) years, and may be extended for up to two additional one (1) - year terms based upon the same terms and conditions, and by mutual agreement. The University reserves the right to request, receive, and evaluate supplemental information after the above time and date at its sole determination. Consulting services will be provided under the University of California’s Professional Services Agreement (PSA). When needed,the selected consultantmust be able to start work immediately and provide staffsupport in alignment with the specific project schedule. Firms shortlisted for interview will be notified by Friday, September 13, 2023. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
